It provides for the storage, retrieval, and management of complete contact information, including but not limited to company, address, telephone, fax, web, email, industry, and even has the ability to have multiple contacts per client, as well as multiple notes per contact. You can track notes from meetings and conversations that are automatically time and date-stamped so you have accurate records at your fingertips. In addition, the system tracks multiple projects per client. Projects contain start date, end date, status, project type, project name, and project description fields. The system also allows the user to assign a project to a contact.

Projects — The Projects module is a robust project management and tracking system that organizes your work. Asset Tracker — Digital assets at your fingertips

New Century Data's Asset Tracker is a digital asset management solution that stores multiple types of media (images, graphics, video, etc.) along with related information, such as name of client, job number, thumbnail view of image (where appropriate), size, format, creation date, author, owner, usage rights, etc. Additionally, the solution stores a text copy block that accompanies the media. These images can be published to the web via FileMaker Pro's Instant Web Publishing along with the text copy for "client" approval. All copy block changes have date and time stamps on them.
